Stephanie Bullington, CPA, CFA Joins Ascentris as Chief Financial Officer

Ascentris announced the hiring of Stephanie Bullington, CPA, CFA as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and private industry, Ms. Bullington will oversee all financial activities for the firm. Her responsibilities will include financial reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, institutional reporting, performance measurement, corporate profitability analysis and long-term strategic financial planning.

Prior to joining Ascentris, Ms. Bullington served as Director of U.S. Fund Oversight at Janus Henderson Investors, a global asset manager with more than $400 billion in assets under management.

Earlier in her career, she held positions with OppenheimerFunds, Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Sons and Deloitte & Touche.

Ms. Bullington earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland. She is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

She will also join Ascentris’ senior management team and serve as a member of the company’s investment committee.
