Kairoi Residential and Ascentris announced the joint acquisition of Galatyn Station, a transit-oriented luxury multifamily property located in Richardson, Texas. The acquisition closed in March and represents an expansion of both companies’ multifamily investment portfolios.
Located at 2301 Performance Drive, Galatyn Station sits in the Dallas–Fort Worth Telecom Corridor and provides convenient access to major employment centers, shopping, dining and entertainment options.
The community includes 285 luxury apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms and offers amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center and resident lounge.
