Ascentris announced the hiring of Anthony Breault as Managing Director.
With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Breault joins Ascentris’ Portfolio Management team, where he will help oversee the firm’s growing real estate portfolio and institutional client relationships. He will also join the company’s senior management team and serve as a member of the investment committee.
Mr. Breault previously served for 16 years as a senior real estate investment officer at the Oregon State Treasury, where he managed an approximately $12 billion real estate portfolio within the $98 billion Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and Schnitzer West. Mr. Breault is also a former officer in the U.S. Navy and holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Jacksonville University.
