Ascentris Welcomes Two Analysts, Commences its Summer Internship Program

Denver, Colorado (July 5, 2023)

Ascentris announced the hiring of Nathan Khomutov and Evan Murray and welcomed five college students for its 2023 summer internship program.

Both Mr. Khomutov and Mr. Murray will serve as financial analysts, responsible for:

• Underwriting new acquisitions
• Evaluating development opportunities
• Managing a portion of the firm’s portfolio across all property types

Mr. Khomutov is from Northbrook, Illinois, and recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance. A December 2022 graduate, Mr. Khomutov spent five months after graduation traveling in Scandinavia, Israel, and Asia.

Mr. Murray is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and also recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance.

Both Mr. Khomutov and Mr. Murray previously participated in Ascentris’ three-month summer internship program in 2022.
