Ascentris and RPM Living Investments Purchase Multifamily Building in Houston’s River Oaks Submarket

Ascentris and Austin-based multifamily operator RPM Living Investments announced the acquisition of Gables River Oaks, a 302-unit, eight-story Class A multifamily property located in the River Oaks submarket of Houston, Texas.

Built in 2014, the property was acquired in July 2024 and marks the first joint venture between Ascentris and RPM Living Investments.

The property will be rebranded as The Anderson at River Oaks, and the new ownership group plans to implement:

  • Common-area upgrades
  • Unit renovations

These improvements are intended to enhance the property’s positioning within the River Oaks submarket.

Located at the intersection of Kirby Drive and Westheimer Road, The Anderson at River Oaks offers residents close proximity to numerous retail destinations and convenient access to Houston’s largest employment centers.

On-site amenities include:

  • Saltwater pool with private cabanas and gas grills
  • Fitness center
  • Movie theater room
  • Conference room
  • Game room
